Jesslyn Tannady – Senior Associate
Based in Jakarta, Jesslyn is a Senior Associate at Access Ventures. Before Access, Jesslyn worked at startups and big tech companies in the United States. She founded the developer program at CTRL-labs, a Series A neurotech startup that was acquired by Meta. She served as a Technical PM on neurotech and machine learning research at Meta Reality Labs, and later became a Developer Advocate working on Meta’s open source portfolio projects. She also worked as a software engineer on next-gen computing at Apple, and astronaut navigation at NASA through an MIT research program. She also sits on the Unicode Technical Committee where she thinks about web standards, localization, and emojis. She graduated with a computer science degree from Wellesley College.
